　　Once the raw materials are approved, they go into the extrusion process. This is where the magic starts! During extrusion, we closely monitor the temperature and pressure. The temperature needs to be just right; too high, and the PET might break down, and too low, and it won't extrude properly. We have sensors installed all along the extruder to constantly measure the temperature at different points.

　　Pressure is equally important. If the pressure is uneven, the thickness of the extruded sheet can vary, which will affect the strength and performance of the geogrid. We use pressure gauges to keep an eye on the pressure and make adjustments as needed. Our operators are highly trained to react quickly to any fluctuations in temperature or pressure to ensure a consistent extrusion process.
